Financial Management
Our month end reporting service can be anything from the
month end bank reconciliation and a simple profit and loss
statement, through to detailed management accounting reports.
Usually, simple month end reporting takes only a few hours
a month, and is commonly for small business, which has either
a low volume of transactions or processes the volume transactions
(usually customer invoices) in-house. Typically this service
includes:
- Budgets
- Fringe benefits
- Discussion on the results with the business.
Our full month end reporting involves a complete accounts
and administration service and is combined with our other
services. Typically, some analysis and discussion with the
clients is undertaken to help them review how the business
has performed and the reasons for that performance.
Typically this service includes:
- Development and set up (with the client) key management
reports. These are usually additional to the standard budget
and profit and loss reports, for example, special sales,
costing or labour performance reports
- Review of all transactions processed for the month, and
processing of any adjustments to reflect the true performance
- Production of client-specific management reports
- Review and investigation of variances
- Discussion with of the results with client management.
